We can still fetch the database with =guix pull= while making it
optional.

I'm leaning towards storing them in /var/guix/. Something like this:
/var/guix/filesearch-databases/guix-$COMMIT.db
/var/guix/filesearch-databases/guix-$OTHER_COMMIT.db
