I have applied on the behalf of online Guix Day organizer.  It could be
great if Fosshost could host the BigBlueButton instance.  The event is
planned on Nov. 22nd.

BTW, we are planning pre-recorded videos.  Do you think it should be
possible to host them?

I have filled with this email address, I hope it will be ok.

About the hardware, Ludo will answer you in another email, I guess. :-)

Yes it is possible to store the recordings on the instance, we have allocated 
400gb.  This will be more than enough, however we will monitor it throughout 
your conference so that if we feel more space is needed, we can easily organise 
this with no disruption.
