As a member of the spending committee I agree to these expenses.

We don’t have these funds to pay from directly, nor do we ask the FSF
for an advance. The FSF money is only available through reimbursement.

Guix Europe might just have sufficient funds to advance the money; we
should replenish the Guix Europe accounts immediately by asking the FSF
to reimburse the expenses.

Andreas, does this sound okay?

Since the disks should be installed in berlin, it makes sense for me to
order and receive them. If Guix Europe can reimburse me very soon, I
could pay them from my accounts first.
