bug#26117: [PATCH] services: dovecot: Fix passwd and userdb 'args' types.

* gnu/services/mail.scm (passwd-configuration)[args]
(userdb-configuration)[args]: Change type from 'free-form-args' to
'space-separated-string-list'.
* doc/guix.texi (Mail Services): Document it.
