[bug#27988] Mate: Caja

This adds Caja, the Filemanager for MATE.

ISSUES
------
I don't *really* know if this is working.
The first test failed, so I had to disable it:

And it seems like you need to have it inside of MATE with Mate-Desktop
being present in your profile?
