Interesting.  Do you see in the build log where it comes from?  There
are two ways an entry can be added to the RUNPATH: (1) via an explicit
“-Wl,-rpath” flag, or (2) via “-lfoo”, which ld-wrapper converts to
“-lfoo -Wl,-rpath=…”.
