[bug#31123] [PATCH 1/2] gnu: texlive-bin: Use ghostscript executable "gs" in ps2eps.

* gnu/packages/tex.scm (texlive-bin)[arguments]: Add fix-unix-detection phase.
Replace system* with invoke in postint phase.
