Well, indent, astyle and uncrustify clearly belong together.
At the moment astyle is in pretty-print.scm and indent is alone in its
own file, indent.scm.

My suggestions:

- Move indent to pretty-print.scm.
- Move astyle, indent and uncrustify to code.scm.
