Yes, more specifically:

  * doc/guix.texi (The Store): Document requirements for SSH-based
  connection to guix-daemon.
  * gnu/packages/patches/guile-ssh-gssapi.patch: New file.

Documentation of the patch should go to the first lines of the patch.
