[bug#43785] [PATCH 0/3] Add AWS Go SDK

The AWS Go SDK is one of the many dependencies of Hugo
(https://issues.guix.gnu.org/43784), and useful for others as well. This patch
series contains packages for the SDK and its dependencies.
