bug#45306: [PATCH] gnu: Add ksshaskpass.

I moved kwallet to inputs since the package already refers to it in the
output. It looks like it'll be most useful with a future kwallet
service, perhaps as part of a KDE desktop service.

I also touched up the description to add @code tags to ssh-add and to
make sure each sentence was followed by two spaces.
