[bug#49105] Update emilua to 0.3.2

Patch attached.

• Recent Boost 1.75 breaks API for the Boost.DLL sublibray and some dependant packages had to be updated (emilua included).
• Also emilua no longer requires bundled CLI11 as of the new version which was one of the complaints when the package was first submitted to guix.
