[bug#55656] [PATCH 2/2] gnu: Add perl-http-daemon-ssl.

i've decided to send this patch together with the perl-http-daemon,
because they depend on each other. pardon the missing 1/2 annotation
on the first patch.

this will be needed by an upcoming ddclient update.
