[bug#59048] [PATCH] guix: modify-input: Recommend prepend instead of append.

* doc/guix.texi (Defining Package Variants): Document the "prepend" clause of
modify-inputs first.
* guix/packages.scm (modify-inputs): use "prepend" in the docstring.
