* guix/upstream.scm (<upstream-input-change>): Remove.
(changed-inputs): Remove.
* tests/upstream.scm (test-package, test-new-package)
("changed-inputs returns no changes")
("changed-inputs returns changes to plain input list")
("changed-inputs returns changes to all plain input lists"): Remove.
