Subject: [bug#64287] [PATCH 8/9] gnu: celestia: Update to 1.6.3.

* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (celestia): Update to 1.6.3, improve
package style.
[build-system]: Swap to 'gnu-build-system as versioned tag does not
contain Cmake build files.
[arguments]: Use G-expressions, update configure-flags to be compatible
with autoconf.
[native-inputs]: Remove labels. Add autoconf, automake.
[inputs]: Remove labels. Remove eigen, fmt-7, glew.
