Thank you Maxim for the updating and pushing, so that future changes to
the install instructions will be based on Matt’s version.

    Revert wording for installing the Debian package.
    Restore how to reproduce the binary tarball.
    Restore how to uninstall.
    (copying): Add copyright notice for Matthew Trzcinski.
