I fixed a problem in this patch.  It didn't have an `#:install-plan`,
resulting with all source files and installation products installed to
the root directory of the Guix profile.

Credit goes to ramin_hal9001 (https://tilde.town/~ramin_hal9001) for
giving me the answer to the problem when I asked on the Systemcrafters
forum
