Log Message:
Refactor Leo4 slightly:
- Remove the unused SET_TEXT action.
- javadoc old_text and new_text in Change (not very well).
- Make Leo4 extend the Space interface.
- Make Leo4Dim tests use the Leo4 as their cell's Space.
- Fix: create default old_text and new_text Maps in
  the Leo4Impl constructor.
- Fix: in Leo4Impl.makeDim(), use 'this' instead of 'null'
  as the Space.
