Log Message:

1. In CellTexter, s/getCells/getCellsWithContent/.
2. In Slicer, s/getSliceVersion/export/ and
   s/getSliceVersions/exportAll/.
3. In SingleSlicer, fix: SliceVersions should
   contain cell ids, not Cell objects (had Cells
   as the keys of the content mapping)

4. Experimental (in order to get saving going):
   In ScrollSpanMaker, create a new TransientTextScroll
   when the old one became immutable. Then, we can
   simply finalize the TTS when the first of its spans
   is serialized (not yet implemented).

5. Fix test.tools.readEnfilades (it didn't return the
   dict it constructed) and singleslicer.test (it used
   a non-existing load() method instead of
   ModularSpace's constructor).
