You're free to make it work that way :-). I tried to make it so that it 
would only need to look at the beginning of each file, in order to save 
time. Maybe that's a stupid optimization. :-)

Uh, but isn't the point that you can get into trouble if you simply 
assume that a file is under a Free license, if it doesn't say so? I 
thought this was why we had the boilerplates :-)
