Two points:1. Storm isn't even necessarily on top of any network. Saying that it can be on top of IP or peernet is confusing since it seems to imply that Storm necessarily needs a network.
2. Storm is also way too far up the stack for the network layer to make any difference-- it's like saying that HTTP can work over WLAN as well as wired ethernet. :-) I think saying this doesn't add anything...
