Trying to furiously get xupdf working again with the new coords.
At least the distorted irregularquad + paper now look really nice.
Next problem: optimizing paperquad, so that if we use an irregularframe, it only
draws those pages of the PDF document which are needed. I think we need
to make three-coordinate-system renderables work for this, right?
