Yes, that part already exists, see metacode/pegboard.py. Iffed out there
is also some beginnings of code to create the document tree in a format
in which it could be used for the pegboard generation.

The pegboard should have links to both the .rst file and the generated HTML
file.

It seems that docutils doesn't work with jython. Use python2.1.
