The TODO file is very important for my being able to 
manage the project efficiently. Please make *SURE* that
whatever it is you're *actually* spending most of your time
on is the first item on your list for the current release.
Even if it's a '+' item.

If you're not going to be working for a few days, please
make a note of that as well in TODO.

We need to get alpha4 out of the door quick.
