I apologize for not doing these for a long time.

What I'm doing now is refactoring xupdf and figuring out what
to show. 

I'm starting again to think that we *need* to show pp-like canvases
and transclusions to make this work. Otherwise, I have a difficult
time coming up with good examples, even if we can write.

But if I can transclude from PDF to canvas, it's easy.
