Hello,

I am pleased to inform you that although your submission "Bridging
Javadoc and design documentation via UML diagram image maps" for
Hypertext 2003 Short Papers was not accepted as such, it has instead
been, as recommended by the review committee, invited for
participation in the Poster and Demo Session.

To prepare your Poster/Demo, you will need to provide six things:

1) Confirmation of intention to attend and present the poster/demo (ASAP)
2) An abstract for the Website and conference handout (due July 23rd)
3) Two pages for the Website (due July 23rd)
4) The poster itself (bring to the conference)
5) Confirm that you will also give a demo with your poster
6) Registration for the conference

The abstract and two page description need to be sent to me by
Wednesday, July 23rd, in three weeks. The format instructions for the
two page description are available at
http://www.ht03.org/submissions.html#formatting. Please address the
comments you received from the Short Paper reviews to improve the
poster's two page description, as well as the conceptual content of
the poster display itself, and perhaps even the demo itself, if
possible.

The board for displaying your poster at the conference will be 140cm
wide and 180 cm high. This you will need to print yourself and bring
to the conference. We will provide adhesive Velcro tabs for hanging
them. Let me know if you plan on giving a demo as well. If you are
giving a demo, we assume you will bring all equipment you need
(including power adapters!). We will provide electricity, of course.
I will send you more details as they become available.

Don't forget to register for the conference before Friday July 11th,
because that's when the Early registration rate ends.

See you there,
Lloyd Rutledge, Hypertext 2003 Posters and Demonstrations Chair
