i should ask, is it possible to run python programs on replicant?

i am wondering if i should add librecmc and replicant to the
h-client white-list

librecmc is a UNIX system so that is a candidate for a CLI
h-client; but would it be possible to make a CLI or GUI h-client
for replicant?

as a side not, it is brittle to sync the white-lists manually -
i would like to suggest that the server publishes an XML file of
the distros whitelist - the h-client could simply fetch it at
startup, as it does with the database
