commit 550d70223cea53957df90923dd42adbb30f1eb0c
Author: Felix Höfling <address@hidden>
Date: Wed Aug 28 10:44:22 2013 +0200

tree graph for particles group: make all data optional

Make it explicit in the graph that the fields "position" etc. are all
optional (in contrast to "box"). Drop "example of" since the graph now
    gives the general structure.

This change follows a suggestion by Olaf Lenz that optional elements are
marked consistently throughout all tree graphs.

commit a2b4d04d6ee6a051f9a73dec7b7f39abd8da5012
Author: Olaf Lenz <address@hidden>
Date: Wed Aug 28 10:25:47 2013 +0200

    explain the interpretation of "particles/id"

The specs should specify exactly how the groups are to be interpreted,
and how it is to be interpreted if a group is missing. A general
disclaimer that any group that is missing is simply unspecified would
solve most cases. In the case of the "id", however, it is not.

commit b68c3a1442f97c3d224c110745242aa8347189f0
Author: Felix Höfling <address@hidden>
Date: Wed Aug 28 10:15:32 2013 +0200

box: define boundary conditions 'periodic' and 'none'

This change follows a suggestion by Olaf Lenz.

In addition, shorten the section title.
