[h5md-user] Multiple H5MD root groups per file

The more interesting link is actually:

which is the recent Python port of the original JVM-based project.
Both could integrate H5MD trajectories, of course, but there is so
much more useful Python software for science that the Python port is
likely to be the only useful one in the near future.
