[halifax-bugs] Problem with ghfaxviewer-0.22.0

I'm on a linux system with 2 remote postscript printers, named lp and
lex (that appear in this order in my /etc/printcap file).  When I try
to print a fax, the print popup shows lp as the printer, which is my
default printer.  However, when I print it goes to lex.  If I select
the printer manually, it works (although the list shows: lp/lp/lex),
although just for the one case.  If I try and print again, it reverts
to the original behavior.
