Details:

We should have standard access control groups that serve as templates in the
implementations.

This groups will define the navigation of the users, and which actions can
they do on specific objects.

Some examples :

- Administration personnel
- Nursing
- Doctors
- Laboratory
- Social workers
- Accounting
- Front desk
- Pharmacist
