Details:

We will release GNU Health stable version with that will be compatible with
the upcoming Tryton 2.2

In this release, we will incorporate all the changes up to 1.3.4.

We will release GNU Health version 1.4.0 in the same date as Tryton 2.2,
October 24th.

Once we finished with the WHO medicines port
https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?11398)  we'll enter the code freeze , so we're
now looking for stability, performance and compatibility with Tryton 2.2.
