The best place to place it is in the documentation Wiki at SF. By the
way, we're moving the GNU Health Wiki to Wikibooks. The book will
start from scratch. Any one that wants to contribute, please let me
know.

I am available and would be happy to help with the documentation. Hope I will get it up and running soon, so as to have a better understanding of the system.
