Hi Chris

Today the patient tree shows the two fields, "Name" and "Lastname" just as you
fill them in in the party form.

In the Patient tree, I have created a way to display the first and lastname
into the patient field (the one we retrieve from the party). I put it in the
format "Lastname, Firstname" 
Notice that there is no Lastname field in the form, since it's retrieved in
the Many2One main patient field.

I added the Lastname for search and sorting purposes.
