Details:

When admitting a patient, the system allow the discharge date (to be renamed
to expected discharge date -bug #37057) to be before the admission date.

On the online demo server, I admitted Perez, Juan (INPAC 008) on the 28th of
July and set the discharge date to the 30th of June and the system accepted
the value. You can check under hospitalization.
