The same in commandline:

sudo chmod o-w /var/lib/xkb

But I think ideally Tryton shoud store attachments in a $HOME/.tryton/ folder or somewhere with permissions, this could be specified in the config file maybe if there is any.

open terminal
type: gksudo nautilus
file browser comes up
look for var
then lib
create new folder
rename/name it to trytond
set rights to folder to full for your gnu health login account
