I followed instructions from http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/GNU_Health/ using NOT source code method.

Below is some version information:

Which versions of Tryton and GNU Health have you installed?
With which method have you installed Tryton (from source, from the
distribution package, etc.?)

This might help understand what is going wrong.
