Hello team
I have been reviewing the process for prescribing vaccines in GNU
Health and I would like to suggest adding the following data elements
Dose
unit - mg, ml etc
Route - subcutaneous, intramuscular etc
Frequency - this is
usually stat (1 time only) so this data element may not be necessary. I will
leave that decision to Luis!
An accurate vaccination history is a very
important section of a patient's medical record.
