Details:

This task is related to bug #38769 .

The prescription line will have an option that will request de standard values
for pediatrics and adult medications .

GNU Health will have a checkbox called "request predeterminate values" in the
prescription line form. This will check if the administration route, dose and
frequency exist on the medicament model, and retrieve that information for the
current prescription.

It will also check and warn if the patient is pediatric.

This functionality differs from the default values in the sense that it is the
Health Professional responsibility to check the box, so it's a conscious act.
