Details:

Good day Mr. Falcon and thank you for your help thus far. However I'm still in
need of assistance. The issue is that we have a customer who is running GNU
Health 1.8 on the tryton 2.6 server. All of this is a local installation. They
strongly depend on the prescription module. That was where I first encountered
the error printing the prescription. I had a similar error printing invoices
but that was only when I did not fill in the patient's "payment term". 

But whenever I try to print any prescription or even to view it via libre
office I end up getting the "Application protocol error, 500: internal server
error". 
Could it be that something is not configured properly? Please advise.
