[Health-dev] installing demo database in 2.0

Hi,
       I am running the health_demo_server.py script. But it doesn't 
add the AnaBetx family to my database.

I run it as follows :

health_demo_server.py -d "mydatabase" -p "mypasswd"

 Am I right in running it like that? I am using proteus 2.8.  If I am 
missing anything please let me know.
