I agree Emilien. I think GNU Health should begin with HL7v2 ADT messages - might version 2.4 be the best starting point? - but I think reference to the new FHIR standards should be included in any GNU Health documentation. This will make it much easier to move over to the FHIR standard when it is more widely adopted - 2 or 3 years? Andrew
