[Health-dev] GNU Health RC1 ready for testing

Dear all

We have updated the GNU Health community server to version 2.4 Release
Candidate # 1.

The connection parameters are the same[1] , just changes the database
name, now is health24rc1

Please remember to update your Tryton client, since this version is
Tryton 3.0 compatible.

We'll be dedicating time to update the Wikibook and should be ready for
Sunday.
