[Health-dev] GNU Health - Invoice Printing Issue in Windows

Hi,

When I try to print Invoice it always opens word pad.

- Neither opening Print Dialog box 

- Nor going to Default Printer (in my case I use Primo PDF)

And in .odt file, it shows header as "Invoice N°". 

That is 'N' followed by 'degree' and not 'o'.
