[Health-dev] Default prescribing fields for GNU Health?

Hi Luis

I have been thinking about the best way to set up default prescribing 
fields in gnu health and I think we will need some new data elements in the 
medicament database table.

default_medicament_form

default_medicament_dose


default_medicament_dose_unit

default_medicament_route


default_medicament_frequency

With these data elements a clinic/hospital can 
then start to pre-build default medication "order sentences" as we call them in 
the UK.

amoxicillin | capsule | 500 | mg | oral | every 8 hours

Any thoughts?
