I have seen the DEMO database, it seems ok.But I my production database need to do anything with this error related Institution and Professional Models. The error say : You try to access record that does not exist (Document type: gnuhealth:institution) see screen shot.

Then I check Luis comments on health.py as follow, but I need steps to do this can you help please.

Just cross checked with 2.6.2 on the demo database -> no problem
Maybe an update problem?
