Auto complete to w/ (a configurable?) set of namespace prefixes (e.g. rdf:, schema:, icd:, ...) would help encourage the collection of structured data? (With an implicit patient URI context)

Agreed, it's a good point, but there is a similar issue with orientation,
object recognition, etc. It's probably better to deal with the specifics in a
