Percent Complete: 10% => 80%

Follow-up Comment #4:
Added a new field to save in the checked-in time when the state is changed to
'checked-in'. Also, created a function to compute the waiting time and changed
the view to show the value.

Since tryton 3.6 supports TimeDelta fields, I also wrote 3.6 compatible fields
and functions, although they are disabled currently.
Needs to be some saner checking, but hey, it works. Hehe.
