Update of task #13623 (project health):
Percent Complete: 70% => 90%

Follow-up Comment #1:
Pretty much ready for test in air30 DB, in terms of functionality.
Automatic checks on the patient meal preferences, based on the new lifestyle
diet section.
Need work on the upgrade side: remove errors related to datafiles and models
move from health_inpatient to health_lifestyle.
